My copy of Moyoco Anno’s Insufficient Direction arrived yesterday. She’s one of my favorite manga artists — thanks to her distinctive perspective and sense of humor — and I’ve been looking forward to reading this essay comic since Vertical announced it last year.

I finished the novel The Summer of the Ubume by Natsuhiko Kyogoku this past weekend. Before I tackle some of the books on my Kindle, I’m going to finish off the final graphic novels for 20th Century Boys/21st Century Boys. 😊
