THE WALLFLOWER, Vol. 13 by Tomoko Hayakawa

The main gag of this series — four hotties are charged with making over one chick who is pretty scary — should be past its expiration date. Surprisingly, it’s not. The Wallflower is still frightfully entertaining, which is really something when you’re up to the lucky thirteenth volume. I’m looking forward to the next one.
