My first scarf! It’s all knitting (and no perling), but repetition is a good thing at this point. That’s how you learn, right? ;-)

Since I posted an image of my first knitting project as a “work in progress,” I figured it might be nice to post a pic of the completed item. It’s a little change purse/pouch thing. My second project is a scarf, and I’ve already completed about one foot out of five or six feet.

A very productive, yet moderately relaxing weekend. ^_^ In addition to computer stuff, work stuff and the normal weekend activities, I taught myself how to knit. What you see above is the first actual project! All of the actual knitting is done, and what’s left, i.e., the sewing part, should be a snap.
