As deliberately and delicately constructed as the signature pastry from Mendl’s Bakery, The Grand Budapest Hotel is gleefully entertaining – and ultimately, a heartfelt reminder that kindness and honor can sometimes be found in what seem to be the unlikeliest of people and places.
