Since the industry panel was scheduled for Friday, I made arrangements to arrive in Los Angeles a day early.
However, the hotel where I stayed for the rest of the Anime Expo weekend didn’t have any rooms for Thursday, and I spent the night at a different downtown hotel.
It was a relief to stretch out after a day of running and sitting.
I really appreciated the no-hassle internet access…
But what I appreciated most was dinner!
Because the hotel’s on-site Japanese restaurant offered room service, I had an amazing tonkatsu dinner as I continued to work through my never-ending inbox. This photograph is making me hungry again. 😋
