It breaks my heart that hardly anyone else seems to be talking about Basara, especially as it turns the corner into the final volumes of VIZ Media’s English-language release.
(It is older, but the writer in wants the quality factor to triumph over the age factor.)
I’m in love with Sarasa and Shuri — and want to see them end up together — and equally in love with Ageha.
Can’t wait for Vol. 25, which finishes the series proper, to turn up at work. I’m also thankful there are two more volumes of side stories to carry me through the first part of 2008.
